PassKey Prep is designed with your privacy as a fundamental principle. We believe you should be able to study for your real estate exam without worrying about who might be looking at your data.

Data We Collect

Nothing. PassKey Prep does not collect, transmit, or store any personal information on external servers. All data — quiz progress, bookmarked questions, wrong answer records — is stored exclusively on your device using UserDefaults.

Data Storage

Your quiz progress and session history are stored locally on your device.
We do not operate any servers, databases, or cloud infrastructure.
No account registration is required to use the app.

Third-Party Services

PassKey Prep does not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. There are:

No analytics SDKs
No advertising networks
No crash reporting services
No cloud storage providers

In-App Purchase

PassKey Prep offers a one-time in-app purchase to unlock all content. This transaction is processed securely by Apple through your App Store account. We do not have access to your payment information.

Children's Privacy

PassKey Prep is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from anyone.

Changes to This Policy

If we update this privacy policy, the changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. We will never reduce your privacy protections without your explicit consent.
